Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2018 Christies in Shanghai held the auction FIRST OPEN | Shanghai, which included the work PEONY PAVILION NO.2 by Yang Xun. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CNY 120,000.00 – 220,000.00, the actual price achieved of CNY 144,000.00 (€ 18,040.27) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Yang Xun have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Peony Pavilion No.03 was auctioned for HKD 283,200.00 (€ 32,729.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2018 führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion FIRST OPEN | Shanghai durch, in der auch die Arbeit PEONY PAVILION NO.2 von Yang Xun zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CNY 120.000,00 – 220.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CNY 144.000,00 (€ 18.040,27) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Yang Xun konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit Peony Pavilion No.03 für HKD 283.200,00 (€ 32.729,62) versteigert.
