Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Yang Feiyun could be acquired at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Asian Art auction, the work Beach At Yantai changed hands for HKD 812,500.00 (€ 93,901.18) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 1,000,000.00 – 1,500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang Feiyun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little Actress in December 2013 with an auction result of CNY 14,750,000.00 (€ 1,768,415.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yang Feiyun konnte im April 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Asian Art wechselte die Arbeit Beach At Yantai für HKD 812.500,00 (€ 93.901,18) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 1.000.000,00 – 1.500.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang Feiyun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little Actress im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 14.750.000,00 (€ 1.768.415,71).
