The work Paysage by Din Yang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2008. The auction ended at the price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,267.91), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Din Yang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Tree and Beneath, which sold at auction in November 2005 for HKD 264,000.00 (€ 28,885.50).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Paysage von Din Yang kam im Dezember 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.267,91) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Din Yang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Tree and Beneath beobachtet, die im November 2005 für HKD 264.000,00 (€ 28.885,50) versteigert wurde.
