A top price for Yan Han - as previously expected
The work The Battle by Yan Han was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2006. The price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 5,818.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Battle is the most expensive artwork by Yan Han that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit The Battle von Yan Han kam im November 2006 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 5.818,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist The Battle das teuerste Kunstwerk von Yan Han, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
