Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Transform 12 (Painted In 2011) by Xue Feng was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in November 2016. The price achieved of HKD 118,000.00 (€ 14,379.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Xue Feng - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Flashback-20 (Diptych), which sold at auction in October 2016 for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 47,071.70).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Transform 12 (Painted In 2011) von Xue Feng kam im November 2016 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 118.000,00 (€ 14.379,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Xue Feng mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Flashback-20 (Diptych) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2016 für HKD 400.000,00 (€ 47.071,70) versteigert wurde.
