Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Human Form Series No. 6 by Xu Wentao was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2011. The price achieved of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 13,418.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Other works by Xu Wentao have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2010 the work Human Form Series No. 13 was auctioned for HKD 200,000.00 (€ 18,569.17).

Die Arbeit Human Form Series No. 6 von Xu Wentao wurde im Mai 2011 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 13.418,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden.
