Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Early Spring by Xin Dongwang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2006. The price achieved of HKD 480,000.00 (€ 46,548.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Admittedly, works by Xin Dongwang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Golden Wedding in May 2011 with an auction result of HKD 5,060,000.00 (€ 452,640.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Early Spring von Xin Dongwang kam im November 2006 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 480.000,00 (€ 46.548,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Xin Dongwang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Golden Wedding im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.060.000,00 (€ 452.640,51).
