Auction result well in line with expectations
The work SCENERY GARDENS ALBUMS 1304 by Xiao Fangkai was sold in the FIRST OPEN | Shanghai auction at Christies in Shanghai in September 2018. The price achieved of CNY 78,000.00 (€ 9,771.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 65,000.00 – 85,000.00. Admittedly, works by Xiao Fangkai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery o Gardens Series: 1301 in April 2015 with an auction result of CNY 275,000.00 (€ 39,715.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit SCENERY GARDENS ALBUMS 1304 von Xiao Fangkai wurde im September 2018 in der Auktion FIRST OPEN | Shanghai bei Christies in Shanghai versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 78.000,00 (€ 9.771,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 65.000,00 – 85.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Xiao Fangkai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery o Gardens Series: 1301 im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 275.000,00 (€ 39.715,10).
