A top price for Wu Hsueh-Jang
The work Joy by Wu Hsueh-Jang was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 137,500.00 (€ 14,803.96), 38% above the upper estimate. With this result, Joy is even the most expensive work of art by Wu Hsueh-Jang that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Wu Hsueh-Jang
Die Arbeit Joy von Wu Hsueh-Jang wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 14.803,96) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Joy sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Wu Hsueh-Jang, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
