In April 2011 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction The BAT Artventure Collection Formerly Known as the Peter Stuyvesant Collection, Part Two, which included the work S.S. Matterhorn by Woody van Amen. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,250.00. Other works by Woody van Amen have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 10,000.00 in April 2011 for the work 'Mont Cervin 4478 M.' - Matterhorn.

Im April 2011 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion The BAT Artventure Collection Formerly Known as the Peter Stuyvesant Collection, Part Two durch, in der auch die Arbeit S.S. Matterhorn von Woody van Amen zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Woody van Amen haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.000,00 im April 2011 für die Arbeit 'Mont Cervin 4478 M.' - Matterhorn beobachtet.
