The work Ships In The Horizon. by Woldemar Toppelius was sold in the Autumn Classic Sale F169 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in December 2013. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Woldemar Toppelius - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Motif From Katajanokka Helsinki"., which sold at auction in June 2013 for EUR 3,400.00.

Die Arbeit Ships In The Horizon. von Woldemar Toppelius wurde im Dezember 2013 in der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale F169 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Woldemar Toppelius mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Motif From Katajanokka Helsinki". beobachtet, die im Juni 2013 für EUR 3.400,00 versteigert wurde.
