Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2010 Sothebys in New York held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work Polish the Invitation by Wladyslaw Czachorski. Here, the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 86,500.00 (€ 66,354.71). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wladyslaw Czachorski - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Träumendes Mädchen, which sold at auction in November 2020 for EUR 212,850.00.
