This artwork by Willy Eisenschitz achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in October 2018. In the 20th Century Art 1900-1950 auction, the work Paysage De Provence sold for EUR 15,600.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Willy Eisenschitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work German Harvest in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 66,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 95 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Willy Eisenschitz erzielte im Oktober 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century Art 1900-1950 wurde die Arbeit Paysage De Provence für EUR 15.600,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Willy Eisenschitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit German Harvest im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 66.000,00.
