In the Victorian & Traditionalist Pictures auction, the work Houses of Parliament and Westminster Bridge from the South Bank of the River Thames changed hands for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,355.47) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Parrot achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Fair In The Champs Elysee, Paris '(Grand Tintamarre) Voila, Voila, V'La, V'La Messieurs! Venez Voir, Venez Voir, Madlle.
