However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by William James - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Bucintoro Returning To The Molo On Ascension Day, Venice, which sold at auction in April 2008 for USD 325,000.00 (€ 208,761.56).
