A top price for William Harry Ahrendt - as previously expected

The work Osage Chief Claremore by William Harry Ahrendt was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 16,562.50 (€ 14,036.02) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Osage Chief Claremore is the most expensive artwork by William Harry Ahrendt that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Osage Chief Claremore von William Harry Ahrendt kam im August 2021 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion.
