In March 2016 Christies in London held the auction Modern British & Irish Art, which included the work Still Life - Dessicating Jar by William Brooker. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 23,750.00 (€ 29,986.72), 32% above the upper estimate. Other works by William Brooker have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 33,750.00 (€ 38,143.25) in June 2018 for the work White Still Life.
