In the A Green and Pleasant Land: Two Centuries of British Landscape Painting auction, the work A Winding Road sold for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,608.87) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Blake Richmond achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Watchers in September 2018 with an auction result of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 81,426.82).
