Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2010 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Lilla Bukowskis S191, which included the work I trädgården by William Affleck. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 9,000.00 (€ 927.67). Admittedly, works by William Affleck have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Gathering Wildflowers in July 2015 with an auction result of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 8,860.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2010 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S191 durch, in der auch die Arbeit I trädgården von William Affleck zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 9.000,00 (€ 927,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von William Affleck auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Gathering Wildflowers im Juli 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 8.860,40).
