Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2004 Christies in London held the auction Old Master Pictures, which included the work The Adoration Of The Shepherds by Willem van Herp. The price achieved of GBP 10,755.00 (€ 9,662.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Willem van Herp have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tavern With Merrymakers And Cardplayers in December 2014 with an auction result of GBP 68,500.00 (€ 88,182.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2004 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Master Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Adoration Of The Shepherds von Willem van Herp zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.755,00 (€ 9.662,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
