Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Blumenstilleben. by Wilhelm Schmid was auctioned at Koller in June 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 2,500.00 – 3,500.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 2,640.00 (€ 1,993.48) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Wilhelm Schmid have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Südliche Stadt bei Nacht. in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 12,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Blumenstilleben. von Wilhelm Schmid kam im Juni 2010 bei Koller zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 2.640,00 (€ 1.993,48) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wilhelm Schmid auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Südliche Stadt bei Nacht. im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.500,00.
