Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2012 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work Plus Minus by Wawi Navarroza. The price achieved of HKD 21,250.00 (€ 2,070.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Wawi Navarroza have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2011 the work X, After The Storm N°. 2/ Gestalt was auctioned for HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,463.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2012 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Plus Minus von Wawi Navarroza zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 21.250,00 (€ 2.070,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wawi Navarroza konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2011 die Arbeit X, After The Storm N°. 2/ Gestalt für HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.463,11) versteigert.
