Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Flying Moths by Wang Zhongjie was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2007. It achieved a price of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,244.44), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Other works by Wang Zhongjie have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,001.12) in October 2019 for the work without title.

Die Arbeit Flying Moths von Wang Zhongjie kam im Oktober 2007 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 7.244,44) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Zhongjie haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.001,12) im Oktober 2019 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
