Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Christies in Shanghai held the auction Asian and Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art, which included the work Neutrality by Wang Xiaosong. The price achieved of CNY 275,000.00 (€ 35,905.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 220,000.00 – 320,000.00. Other works by Wang Xiaosong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2014 the work The Gap of Fusion was auctioned for CNY 350,000.00 (€ 40,374.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion Asian and Western 20th Century & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Neutrality von Wang Xiaosong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 275.000,00 (€ 35.905,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 220.000,00 – 320.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Xiaosong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2014 die Arbeit The Gap of Fusion für CNY 350.000,00 (€ 40.374,91) versteigert.
