Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape Of Tianshan by Wang Su was sold in the Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2017. The price achieved of HKD 9,440.00 (€ 1,038.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Su achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children at Play in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 3,725,000.00 (€ 432,031.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape Of Tianshan von Wang Su wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 9.440,00 (€ 1.038,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Su erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children at Play im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.725.000,00 (€ 432.031,04).
