The work Flowers and birds by Wang Shensheng was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in March last year. It achieved a price of HKD 30,240.00 (€ 3,481.16), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 51%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Shensheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 42,206.39).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 51 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Flowers and birds von Wang Shensheng kam im März letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 30.240,00 (€ 3.481,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 51%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Shensheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 42.206,39).
