Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Recluse At Peach Blossom Creek by Wang Sheng was sold in the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Cal auction at Sothebys in New York in September 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,750.00 (€ 6,464.72). Other works by Wang Sheng have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,565.36) in June 2015 for the work Planting Chrysanthemums.

Die Arbeit Recluse At Peach Blossom Creek von Wang Sheng wurde im September 2013 in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Cal bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.750,00 (€ 6.464,72) einen neuen Besitzer.
