Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Seven - character Poem in Clerical Script by Wan Jing was sold in the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 89,700.00 (€ 8,342.68). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wan Jing - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bao Zhao'S Poem In Clerical Script, which sold at auction in March 2016 for USD 21,250.00 (€ 18,656.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Seven - character Poem in Clerical Script von Wan Jing wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 89.700,00 (€ 8.342,68) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Wan Jing mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bao Zhao'S Poem In Clerical Script beobachtet, die im März 2016 für USD 21.250,00 (€ 18.656,72) versteigert wurde.
