Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ride On The Crest Of Spring Breeze And Success by Wang Jangeng was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 12,500.00 (€ 1,407.52) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Wang Jangeng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2018 the work Senza Titolo was auctioned for HKD 25,000.00 (€ 2,637.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ride On The Crest Of Spring Breeze And Success von Wang Jangeng kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 12.500,00 (€ 1.407,52) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Jangeng konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2018 die Arbeit Senza Titolo für HKD 25.000,00 (€ 2.637,90) versteigert.
