Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscapes by Wang Hui was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 200,600.00 (€ 21,477.37). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Hui achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Endless Streams and Mountains in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 28,925,000.00 (€ 3,169,122.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscapes von Wang Hui wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 200.600,00 (€ 21.477,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Hui erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Endless Streams and Mountains im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 28.925.000,00 (€ 3.169.122,64).
