Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Unknown by Walter Lees was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2010. The price achieved of GBP 600.00 (€ 721.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 800.00. Other works by Walter Lees have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2010 the work Unknown was auctioned for GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,202.39).
