This artwork by Walter Lazzaro achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2021. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Barca rossa sold for EUR 3,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Walter Lazzaro; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Silenzio settembrino sold at auction in June 2015 with the realized price of EUR 3,300.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Walter Lazzaro erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Barca rossa für EUR 3.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Walter Lazzaro; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Silenzio settembrino im Juni 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 3.300,00.
