The price achieved of GBP 375.00 (€ 478.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Admittedly, works by Walter Goetz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Boat Race in October 2012 with an auction result of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,351.64).
