Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Vantage Point by William Steve Seltzer was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in February 2019. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,537.92) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by William Steve Seltzer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work In the Shadow of Square Butte, which sold at auction in April last year for USD 3,570.00 (€ 3,388.06).
