This work without title by Vladimir Yankilevsky was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection auction at Sothebys in London in December 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 28,980.00 (€ 34,567.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 45%. Admittedly, works by Vladimir Yankilevsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tryptich N10 in April 2010 with an auction result of GBP 133,250.00 (€ 153,344.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 45 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Vladimir Yankilevsky wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 28.980,00 (€ 34.567,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 45%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vladimir Yankilevsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tryptich N10 im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 133.250,00 (€ 153.344,69).
