Auction result well in line with expectations
The work De la série Ville/ From the cycle City by Vladimir Yankilevsky was sold in the Rebel spiritsNon-conformist art from Important European collections auction at Bonhams in Paris in November last year. The price achieved of EUR 5,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vladimir Yankilevsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tryptich N10 in April 2010 with an auction result of GBP 133,250.00 (€ 153,344.69).
