In December 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction The Russian Sale, which included the work Female form, from the series Woman by the sea 64 x 49.5cm (25 1/4 x 19 1/2in). by Vladimir Yankilevsky. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,737.50 (€ 6,843.63), 43% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vladimir Yankilevsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tryptich N10 in April 2010 with an auction result of GBP 133,250.00 (€ 153,344.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 43 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion The Russian Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Female form, from the series Woman by the sea 64 x 49.5cm (25 1/4 x 19 1/2in). von Vladimir Yankilevsky zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 5.737,50 (€ 6.843,63) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vladimir Yankilevsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tryptich N10 im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 133.250,00 (€ 153.344,69).
