Auction result well in line with expectations
In February this year Artcurial held the auction Prints & Multiples Online, which included the work Chute -1990 by Vladimir Velickovic. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 150.00 – 200.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 157.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vladimir Velickovic achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pad II (Chute n° 2) in June last year with an auction result of EUR 63,375.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Prints & Multiples Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chute -1990 von Vladimir Velickovic zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 150,00 – 200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 157,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vladimir Velickovic erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pad II (Chute n° 2) im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 63.375,00.
