A top price for Vladimir Tatlin - as previously expected
The work Nude by Vladimir Tatlin was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2013. The price achieved of GBP 122,500.00 (€ 142,979.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Nude is the most expensive artwork by Vladimir Tatlin that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Nude von Vladimir Tatlin kam im Juni 2013 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 122.500,00 (€ 142.979,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Nude das teuerste Kunstwerk von Vladimir Tatlin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
