Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Girl With A Doll by Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné was sold in the Important Russian Art auction at Sothebys in London in November 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 500,000.00 – 700,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 505,250.00 (€ 622,416.74) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Rhythm (Adam and Eve) in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 2,729,250.00 (€ 3,449,863.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Girl With A Doll von Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion Important Russian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 500.000,00 – 700.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 505.250,00 (€ 622.416,74) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
