Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Vivian De Pinna was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2008. The price achieved of USD 1,000.00 (€ 641.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Vivian De Pinna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Vine in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,699.01).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Vivian De Pinna kam im Juli 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.000,00 (€ 641,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vivian De Pinna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Vine im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.750,00 (€ 2.699,01).
