Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2010 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Vivian De Pinna for USD 500.00 (€ 359.87). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Vivian De Pinna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Vine in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,699.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2010 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Vivian De Pinna für USD 500,00 (€ 359,87) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vivian De Pinna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Vine im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.750,00 (€ 2.699,01).
