The work Ritratto di Donna by Vittorio Tessari was sold in the 19th Century Pictures auction at Christies in Rome in June 2006. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,728.00 52% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Vittorio Tessari; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Portrait Of A Girl sold at auction in May 2007 with the realized price of GBP 2,640.00 (€ 3,884.94).

Die Arbeit Ritratto di Donna von Vittorio Tessari wurde im Juni 2006 in der Auktion 19th Century Pictures bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.728,00 und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Vittorio Tessari; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Girl im Mai 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 2.640,00 (€ 3.884,94).
