Sold at the lower estimate price
In May last year Il Ponte held the auction Arte moderna e contemporanea, which included the work Figura con braccia by Vittorio Tavernari. The result of EUR 1,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vittorio Tavernari - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nudo femminile sdraiato, which sold at auction in June 2018 for EUR 4,500.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Figura con braccia von Vittorio Tavernari zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Vittorio Tavernari mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Nudo femminile sdraiato beobachtet, die im Juni 2018 für EUR 4.500,00 versteigert wurde.
