Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nypmhs by Vittorio Caradossi was auctioned at Christies in New York in April 2019. Here, the upper estimate of USD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 212,500.00 (€ 189,715.20). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vittorio Caradossi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Italian shooting Stars, which sold at auction in November 2013 for USD 689,000.00 (€ 506,394.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nypmhs von Vittorio Caradossi kam im April 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 212.500,00 (€ 189.715,20) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Vittorio Caradossi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Italian shooting Stars beobachtet, die im November 2013 für USD 689.000,00 (€ 506.394,24) versteigert wurde.
