Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work San Giorgio, Venezia by Virgilio Guidi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in June 2014. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,200.00 22% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Virgilio Guidi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nudo allo specchio in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 93,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit San Giorgio, Venezia von Virgilio Guidi wurde im Juni 2014 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.200,00 und damit 22% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Virgilio Guidi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nudo allo specchio im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 93.750,00.
