The price achieved of USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,238.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vincenzo Tamagni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of A Lady In A Crimson Dress in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 137,000.00 (€ 121,346.32).
