Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Incontro by Vincenzo Giacomelli was sold in the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction at Il Ponte in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,600.00. Admittedly, works by Vincenzo Giacomelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vittorio Emanuele II e Napoeone III sul C.so Vittorio Emanuele in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 12,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Incontro von Vincenzo Giacomelli wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vincenzo Giacomelli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vittorio Emanuele II e Napoeone III sul C.so Vittorio Emanuele im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.000,00.
