In November 2002 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO, which included the work Mercato di Pasqua a Napoli by Vincenzo Caprile. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 130,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 130,200.00. With this result, Mercato di Pasqua a Napoli is even the most expensive work of art by Vincenzo Caprile that we have observed at auctions so far.
