The work Spanish a Good Read by Vicente March was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2013. The result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,537.34) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vicente March - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work El Anticuario Árabe, which sold at auction in October 2008 for EUR 43,000.00.

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.537,34) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Vicente March mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit El Anticuario Árabe beobachtet, die im Oktober 2008 für EUR 43.000,00 versteigert wurde.
